A highly experienced bi-lingual Managing Partner, Entrepreneur and philanthropist with over 17 years international experience with building successful businesses in niche areas.
Having completed his BSC in Economics & Finance, He began my career within Supply Chain Management of the family business, The Chanelle Group, building an excellent foundation of the corporate world.
In 2005, and wanting to expand his career on an international scale, he made the strategic decision to move to Dubai where he created several highly successful businesses. Arabian Escapes Group of companies in Real Estate, and the EERME Group in Corporate Immigration and Relocation as well as Corporate Services, which today has a team of over 56 members.
In 2016 he established OSS, Outsourced Serviced Solutions in Switzerland which has offices in Geneva and Zurich, which provides escrow and trade support, and in 2018 with Shane Tickelpenny he established S Developments, which is the finance arm of the new branded Alba Group, which acquired some of the best development sites in Scotland.
With a results driven and entrepreneurial approach, Now with extensive expertise in creating and managing a group of companies with multiple divisions and over 65 employees, based in the UAE, GCC, Switzerland and Scotland, , demonstrable experience with business growth and business development, Michaels time is split between the UAE and Zurich and the UK.

Sean is a serial entrepreneur and a United Arab Emirate based resident.
MBA qualified he built up the listed Farlake Group Plc as chairman and CEO (trading as Rowan & Co) and sold it to a UK listed stockbroking and advisory firm in 1999. He then went on to establish the UK's first fund supermarket that became Egg Banking, a subsidiary of Prudential which was later sold to Citigroup for £575 million. In 2004 he established a European based hedge fund group that was subsequently floated on the London Stock Market. This was voted European Hedge Fund Group of the year in 2006 by the global publication Hedge Fund Review and was capitalised in excess of $1billion.
Investments and interests thereafter include the establishment and growth of Global Yachting Group where he acted as chairman. This is now listed on the London Stock through the acquisition of Pinmar and a merger with Rolling Stock. Investments were undertaken in superyacht service infrastructure through concessions in STP Majorca.
Sean was founding investor and past chairman of Plus Medical, now trading as Salma, a paediatric focused critical care hospital roll out in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East. He has also undertaken multiple and varied private equity investments and management buy-outs across multiple industries.

Michael qualified as a veterinary surgeon from University College Dublin in 1970, and subsequently set up his own practice in Loughrea in 1971.
Recognising the opportunity to distribute products within Ireland’s veterinary sector, he set up an animal health product distribution service from his base in Loughrea in 1978. Five years later he expanded his distribution business to established Chanelle Veterinary as a wholesale company for animal health pharmaceuticals in 1983.
Within two years (1985), Chanelle built its first production line to manufacture animal health products at a 35,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on 7 acres acquired by Michael Burke on the edge of Loughrea. Chanelle Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Limited (CPML) was established, employing just 2 people and offering a more extensive range of products and services.
In 2000 Michael established Chanelle Medical to manufacture generic medical pharmaceuticals for human health.
A combination of Michael's experience and the expertise of his staff has meant that Chanelle Pharma has experienced prodigious growth in business since its establishment. Its head office in Loughrea now covers 360,000 sq ft on 17.5 acres and boasts state of the art facilities including three manufacturing plants and five research and development centres.
Today Chanelle Pharma is Ireland’s largest manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals, exporting to over 90 countries worldwide. The group employs over 500 people worldwide with a research laboratory in Amman Jordan, and sales offices in the UK and India.

Shane holds a bachelor of commerce (property) degree qualification and has experience of over 23 years as a development and project director. He has extensive commercial experience including exposure in many international markets across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe in hospitality, luxury residential, high end commercial office and coworking centres.
Shane has proven skills in project management and project director roles, project design development and strategy, technology design/integration /implementation, contract negotiations and tendering, building and managing teams.

Paul has been in the landscaping and construction industry for over 35 years. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential projects in the United Kingdom as well as the United Arab Emirates.
Paul provides clients with bespoke design solutions that are within their budgets and delivered within their time frames. His roles range from marketing, obtaining new projects, planning, budgeting, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that finished products are of high and consistent standards.
Paul is known for his excellent client relationships and business development skills. He is also highly knowledgeable in both hard and soft landscape works and has executed and delivered numerous landscaping projects over the years.
Paul successfully led teams on fast track projects to deliver them on time in the UK market and the very fast paced Dubai market. He is also qualified in the UK as a construction site manager with all the necessary CIS management qualifications and holds a black site manager card.

Ewan is a degree-qualified civil engineer and has a track-record as a managing director, development director and land director with excellent communications skills within large and small-scale residential Development environments.
He has a proven track record for identifying and delivering large scale mixed-use developments to pre-agreed costs and budgets, whilst ensuring a smooth transition from initial concept through all development stages to final construction.
Ewan has many years of experience in construction and residential development. He also has extensive experience working at board level. He has a proven track record delivering major strategic sites up to 3000 new homes and mixed-use development. He is highly competent in the preparation of detailed Project specific and Company legal documentation, project planning and organisation and also has detailed knowledge of Residential development Company key performance and efficiency measures and controls. Ewan has an excellent understanding of all influential development, performance and efficiency indicators.

Scott comes from a background in professional football, his first venture into the residential property market in the early 1990’s was more of a hobby than a career.
In 2001 Scott set up Cappoquin Properties Limited which specialised in property renovation, development and trading using a variety of “off market” sources until the creation of McEwan Fraser in 2003 alongside business partner, Ken McEwan.
McEwan Fraser LLP was created to facilitate off market, residential property deals, acting as a “private broker” in hundreds of individual property and residential portfolio transactions. Will is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 32 years of experience and a Director of Hean Developments. Will also oversees and runs Osborne & Co's Scottish business, which is currently developing a new European tech Hub for JP Morgan in Glasgow together with 2 other major mixed use projects in Scotland with a total GDV of circa £360m. Will was previously Managing Director of Robertson Property, part of the Robertson Group (Scotland's largest privately owned Construction Company and House Builder). His role covered a geographical area across Scotland, The North of England and The Midlands creating delivering commercial and residential mixed use development opportunities for The Robertson Group.
